Let’s make this fundraising campaign a little more exciting.
For the first 15 donations of $100 made to our Tour Alberta for Cancer TEAM page, I will be giving away a private 4-course dining experience for 2 people in Calgary or Edmonton.

“You do private events solo?”
Yes.
“Wait… how many people can one chef actually cook for?”
Honestly?
More than most people think.
Plated dinners? → usually up to 12 guests.
Family style or tapas? → around 20.
BBQs, buffets, and receptions? → up to 40 depending on the menu.
“What!? 40!?”
Yes.
A lot of it comes down to the style of service the client is looking for and building the right menu around the experience.
And if clients want a higher level of service, we can also bring in trusted servers or bartenders to help elevate the evening even further.
There’s a lot more happening behind the scenes than people realize —
timing, prep, organization, ex*****on.
But when it’s done right?
It just feels effortless for the guests.
