A simple 6-step guide to how our supervision process works ✨

1) Referral / Court Order
Referrals come from the parent requesting supervision, the custodial parent, or legal counsel. This helps us understand safety needs and requirements.

2) Intake Process
Intake forms are emailed to both parties. Once both are completed, we schedule a 30-minute verification call with each party separately.

3) Agreement & Guidelines
We prepare the supervision agreement and guidelines to set clear expectations and ensure all safety requirements are met.

4) Scheduling
Visits are scheduled according to the court order whenever possible, based on agency availability.

5) Supervised Visit
Visits take place in a safe, neutral, and supportive environment where interactions are monitored to ensure the child(ren)’s wellbeing.

6) Visitation Report
A detailed observational report is prepared after each visit.

Please note: The process to start supervision can take 2–3 weeks, but we always do our best to get families in as soon as possible.
