Tourmaline is deeply grateful for the opportunity to spend three days and two nights with the Doig River First Nation at Moig Flats Kema Camp in beautiful Treaty 8 Territory.
Our team was honoured to learn about the rich history and vibrant culture of the Dane-Zaa people while being immersed in the land where we live, work, and operate. Through storytelling, guided tours, creative activities, and meaningful knowledge sharing, we gained a deeper understanding of the traditions and values that shape this incredible community.
A heartfelt thank-you to the Doig River First Nation Cultural Team and Elders for welcoming us and generously sharing your time, wisdom, and stories. We are truly appreciative of this unforgettable experience.
