Come flow with me, friends!

I teach Feel-Good Flow at Super Seed Yoga every Wednesday at 5:30pm mdt! It’s online 💻 so join me from wherever YOU are. Link in my bio 💕.

Do you need to be flexible? Nope!
Do you need to have yoga experience? Nope!

I provide plenty of options and encourage prop use! Don’t have props? Go grab your pillows, blankets, and books! Those will do just fine 😊. Other great home props include a wall, a chair, a counter top...the list goes on!

This class is all about creating a practice that works for your body, with some guidance of course - but you are welcome to take what you need, and leave what you don’t 😘.
