“More Me at 40 Than I Ever Was at 20”

At 20, I was still figuring out who I was. Trying to fit into expectations. Shrinking myself to be more “likable.” Second-guessing my choices. Worried about what others thought. Raising two kids without a fing clue 😂😂😂😂😂
My sole purpose was to make it week by week and survive.
I had no real connection to anything bigger than that.
I had zero clue what a wildly passionate, intuitive, empathic heart centered person I was.
I didn’t know what I wanted to do in life or who I wanted to be.

Now? At 40? I am unapologetically me and I lean into all the challenges with grace and I am learning that I must lean into trusting myself above all!

I don’t ask for permission to take up space.
I don’t water myself down to make others comfortable.
I know what I want, and I go after it—without guilt.
I trust my intuition, my body, my voice.

And the best part? I’m only getting started.

Aging isn’t about fading—it’s about becoming. Peeling back the layers of who we were told to be and stepping into the most powerful, confident, radiant versions of ourselves.

So why do we shy away from celebrating this? Why do we let the world tell us that beauty, sensuality, and confidence have an expiration date?

I say f**k that.

It’s time to redefine what 40, 50, 60+ looks like. To celebrate the woman we’ve become. To embrace the laugh lines, the wisdom, the fire that only time can bring.

You are not less than you were at 20. You are MORE. More powerful. More magnetic. More YOU.

So let’s celebrate this. Let’s capture it. Let’s honor the woman you are now.
