There is truly no ‘perfect’ way to eat. We each have our own individual nutritional requirements to support our health/wellness goals. Plus some of us have food allergies/intolerances we need to be watching out for and our food budgets are all different. Always be aware of these factors when scrolling through your social media feed. Balance is key! You’ve probably heard this said before. We usually have this idea that we need to “get rid” of all the good in life to live a healthier lifestyle.

We can still have our wine, or eat out with friends; just everything in moderation! All the “good” in life is never gone. Just keep it balanced!
