Look around and notice:
5 things you can see.
4 things you can feel.
3 things you can hear.
2 things you can smell.
1 thing you can taste.
It sounds simple.
Because it is.
And sometimes simple is exactly what we need when our thoughts start running away with us.

Overthinking isn’t usually solved by more thinking.
Especially when your system has got used to staying “on”.
A lot of women already know what they “should” do.
The problem usually isn’t information.
It’s that their mind never settles long enough to feel calm, clear or emotionally rested.
That’s often why trying harder mentally doesn’t change much.

You wake up at 1am…and you just know.
You’re not going straight back to sleep.
You lie there for a bit…
thinking you might.
But your mind’s already running away with

you’re properly awake.

And by the morning
you just feel… done.
Like you haven’t really slept at all.
