We’ve signed an MOU to launch exclusive high school courses developed by MIT’s Beaver Works Summer Institute (BWSI).

Since day one, we have been driven by one goal: future-proofing education for Canada’s next gen innovators. STEM Innovation Academy and STEM Collegiate are leading the way through collaboration.

We are proud to announce a historic milestone: a MOU with MIT’s Beaver Works Summer Institute. Exclusively bringing their world-class, high school STEM courses to Alberta.

This MOU puts us on the global stage, now the only Canadian schools offering MIT-developed courses tailored to Alberta’s standards.

Our students gain hands-on experience with artificial intelligence, robotics, wearable tech, medical analytics, and more.

From racing autonomous vehicles to deploying drones and underwater robots, these are more than courses. They are gateways to real-world impact.

This MOU ensures that our students don’t have to wait for university to solve real-world problems.

They can start now, building critical thinking, leadership, and technical skills that will define the next generation of Canadian innovation.

What an incredible weekend our Sparken had at the Interdisciplinary Science competition presented by TeamUp Science. They took part in multiple labs, activities, lectures, and an intense central case study. A ton of learning and great experiences made the weekend well worth it. Special congratulations to Hayden and Aadesh who won the Computer Science award. Way to go Sparkans!
