A man at the gym asked me today,
“So… what sport are you training for?”
I smiled and said:
“I’m training to live to 100 — and live well while I’m at it.”

👉 Do you have a board meeting with yourself once a month to check in on your goals?

We plan meetings for work.
We show up for appointments.
But how often do we officially sit down with ourselves and ask:

Am I living in a way that supports my health and energy?

Am I moving my body the way I said I would?

Are my daily choices lining up with the life I want as I age?

A “Board Meeting with Yourself” doesn’t have to be complicated:
📝 Pick one day a month.
☕ Sit down with a notebook and a cup of something warm.
💬 Ask: What worked? What didn’t? What small step do I want to take this month?

This is how we stay aligned with our goals, instead of drifting away from them.
This is how we create strength, freedom, and joy on purpose — not by accident.

Because you’re not just living your life…
You’re also chairing the board of your own Age Free Revolution. 💪✨

Client Win Spotlight ✨
One of my amazing clients in her 60s came to me with years of head-forward posture and hips shifted to the side—partly from carrying all her children on the right hip.

Together, we prioritized neck and upper back strength and worked on rebalancing her hips and core. The results? She now moves through her favourite activities with ease, confidence, and far less pain.
