A lot of us don’t even realize how much tension we’re holding until our body finally gets a chance to let go.

The clenched jaw.
The tight shoulders.
The neck tension.
The constant bracing and “holding it together.”

This workshop is designed to help your nervous system finally exhale.

Using therapy balls, floor-based release work, and guided techniques, Jennifer will help unwind deep patterns of stress and tension stored throughout the body — especially in the neck, shoulders, jaw, spine, and ribcage.

nervous system reset,
and that feeling of finally not gripping so hard anymore.
