If you’ve emailed us or submitted an adoption or foster application recently and have been wondering why we’ve gone quiet… we finally figured it out. 😅

We’ve been having issues accessing one of our email accounts, which means some emails and applications slipped through the cracks.

The good news is the issue has been fixed, and we’ll be catching up on all outstanding emails and applications over the next couple of days.

🐾 Calgary Groomers – Brody Needs Your Help! 🐾

Meet Brody! ❤️

We’re looking for an experienced groomer who’s willing to help with a much-needed nail trim—and maybe even a blowout if you’re feeling extra brave.

Brody experienced abuse while at a previous rescue, so grooming tools can be very triggering for him. We’ve been working hard on building his confidence, and he’s made great progress with having his feet handled. Unfortunately, once the nail clippers come out, his fear takes over. He also isn’t a fan of high-velocity dryers.

We’re hoping to find a patient, experienced groomer who understands fearful dogs and is willing to help us continue making grooming a positive experience.

K2 Rescue Canada is a registered non-profit, and while we’d be incredibly grateful for donated time or a rescue discount, we are absolutely happy to pay for your services.
