I always am amazed by how much learning and healing I do every time I work on another meditation. I truly hope they can do the same for others.

The second in a series of meditations on principles that I work on every day. Some days it is easier than other days but it is always worth it to embody these principles.

They are likely not new to any of us but life challenges us on purpose and makes it difficult to always embody these principles.
