Suzanna unzipped the tent just as I was waking up with Ethan on a half-deflated air mattress sliding down a slant. She told me she had finished reading my book. 🥹 She’d woken up at the crack of dawn, curled up in a Minecraft blanket, and read it cover to cover — all surrounded by the mountains of Banff. 🏔️ My heart is so full. ❤️

#1 BEST SELLING AUTHOR!! Wohoo
I bawled my eyes out last night when my cousin messaged me to tell me I just made
#1 Best Selling Author!!! And I’m pretty sure I scared the s**t out of my parents, then sister when I called them at 10pm in tears last night.
This is a dream I’ve carried for years…not just to write a book (probably 10 times over), but to help people find an answer to their pain.
If you’re like me, when you have pain and can play your sport, it feels like a part of you dies…the part of you that felt freedom, strength, and a profound connection to something so much bigger than you.
“You can’t” just wasn’t an option for me. Maybe that’s the funny thing about hope - no matter what it takes and how hard it is to figure it out, you’ll fight for it.
This isn’t just my sap story, this is a collection of theories that I crafted, intertwined with my most memorable clients, to offer simple and easy strategies to deal with the root cause of your pain, other than stretching, rolling, exercising, needing, and all the other stuff you’re doing.
P.S. not that any of this doesnt help, but to fix it for good, we have to adress the weakest link, or as you already know, the damn pain just keeps coming back.
3 years of writting, over $100k in education, 12 years of testing it out, all for $10!! Haha, get it here: https://a.co/d/hV8S1bO

I held my book in my hands for the very first time. Excited. Nervous. Short of breath.
To open that package and see my own words in print — after years of study, puzzle piecing and figuring out how to share this— was surreal. Sharing that moment with my family, who’ve seen me through every high and low, believed in me and kept encouraging me to stick with it… I was proud, not because I got it done, but who I vecame along the way.
My first book, “Play Pain-Free” has been a labour of love for years.
It holds my heart, my passions, and some of my most personal stories — including my own battles with pain, both physical and emotional. Writing it cracked me open.
There were so many times I wanted to quit, but I couldn’t because these tools have to be shared.
Giving up running was never an option for me, but it took me over a decade of understanding the mechanics of the body, so I could explain these quick easy tools - with the hope that it will make a difference for even one person being able to live without pain.
Inside these pages, I share what I’ve seen work — the real, behind-the-scenes truths from pro athletes to weekend warriors, ambitious kids reclaiming their sport to vibrant silver foxes learning how to play again.
These are the methods, the mindset, and the moments that changed everything for me and the people I’ve had the privledge of working with.
This book is about understanding pain instead of numbing with medication, stretching, rolling, needling and even surgery. And more than anything, it’s about hope — for the possibility of playing full out again.
Sports are not just hobbies, they are your lifeblood for passion, purpose, inner strength, and finding the deepest part of your soul that is relentless and unwilling to quit.
To everyone who’s been part of this journey, and to everyone who’s going to be apart of what’s next - from the bottom of my heart, thank you!
