Presenting the monthly challenge for August….the vertical jump challenge!

Taking part is simple. Go to the jump mat which will be placed on the gym floor, find a coach who will be able to assist in seeing your score and jump as high as you can.

You are allowed to use your arms, but no piking of the legs!
