Coach's Tip for Resistance Piston Workout!

Resistance Piston features 12 stations, 1 set at each station, and 3 laps through the workout.

Here's how to get the most out of it:

🏋️ Lap 1 (35 sec):Go heavy! Choose a challenging weight and focus on building strength while maintaining great technique.

⚖️ Lap 2 (35 sec): Drop the weight slightly. Fatigue starts to kick in, so prioritize control and quality reps.

🔥 Lap 3 (40 sec): Reduce the weight a little more. With the extra 5 seconds, your muscles will be working hard, so focus on keeping perfect form until the timer ends.

Remember: Good technique always beats heavier weight. Train smart, stay in control, and make every rep count!
