Girl Be You - Calgary

Girl be You & the U12 Ringette Queen Bees (for team building), had a glow party last week!!! Check out what the girls wrote on their bodies for affirmations.

This was one of my favourite classes of the fall session for Girl Be You - Calgary. The girls came up
with 3 thankfuls, wrote them out, decorated their little “babies”. They were given a task to say aloud their Thankfuls each night until Thanksgiving- practising gratitude, and affirmations.

This is also when the girls start to come to class with ease, let loose, really start to SING, and still have fantastic listening skills 😜 Love these little ladies and building up strong women for our future.
