In this world of technology and boundless access it's important to take presentation and professionalism seriously if you are in the art world.

The stigma around art as a profession has only a lucky few finding success doing it and the rest "starving" or unmotivated.

Now we have so many avenues to share our art but how you share it is so important becasue who you are as an artisit also matters as much as your art.

Brand is not a buzzword. How you present yourself can negatively impart your success as well as propel it forward.

I've had the pleasure of working with so many artists and organisation's and my art and network are better for it!

As someone with social anxiety I know how hard it cane be to not just work with others but to promote yourself and express your ideas as well.

There will come moments where this is easier when you meet an artist whose work really excitesld you and you get to talking!

It doesn't necessarily have to be another artisit but things like: Your fav venues, places to work, places to shop, resources you like to use and more!

These connections fuel not only you art but help you with your confidence as well! Another easy way is going to local markets and shows! Take videos and tag them!
