We are a growing tree service company looking for a motivated Ground Crew Member to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in hard work, and wants room to grow in the arboriculture industry.

Position: Ground Crew – Arborist Company

Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting climbers and bucket operators
- Operating and maintaining chainsaws and equipment
- Chipping brush and managing job-site cleanup
- Rigging support and rope handling
- Ensuring a safe, organized work site

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather
- Physically fit and safety-focused
- Team player with good communication skills
- Experience is an asset, but training is provided
