This is your friendly reminder to START TODAY to move your body! 😀

We usually start our health and wellness goals until , but then monday comes and we are tired, we forget to wash our gym clothes, we forget to get more vegetables and healthy food. REMEMBER, you don’t have to start “Big” “Go big or go home” is not sustainable for everyone. Start with 10, 15, 20 mins workout being that our bodies need to be active in order to remain HEALTHY. Do it from self Love and with compassion. If you have kids, take them with you and involve them, who knows? Probably they are gonna LOVE it.
