Fatigue is not just a minor inconvenience; it’s often the thing that weighs you down and prevents you from doing all the things that you want to in life.
It’s a vicious cycle.
Low energy = less likelihood of good health habits like exercise, preparing nutritious food or even socialising (which is so important for our mental health).
