Job Title: Residential House Cleaner

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Residential House Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all assigned residential properties are cleaned and maintained to a high standard. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of cleaning experience and possess a valid driver's license and their own car.

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain assigned residential properties according to the cleaning checklist provided by the company
Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure a clean and sanitized living space
Ensure that all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored
Notify management of any damages or maintenance issues that need to be addressed
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with clients and co-workers
Drive to and from job sites in a timely and safe manner
Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in residential cleaning
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable car
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent time-management skills
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and management
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings if needed
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time
Ability to climb stairs and ladders if necessary
