Too often we look outside ourselves for things that will bring us happiness, but it doesn't live externally only within. Happiness is a perspective. Gratitude lives even where riches don't. Sometimes feeling happiness merely takes a shift in how we choose to see the world, other times it requires us to audit our energy. What are we giving our energy to? Is it replenishing us in mind, body, or soul? When you choose your victim, the problem lives outside of you, and happiness will always be out of reach. When you realize your reality mirrors what's within, you can choose accountability and empowerment, and you realize the solution always has been and will only ever be yours. Reclaim and own your power.
