A few months ago we had the privilege of talking with Cara Campbell... 💧

Cara is a grandmother to her grandson Rhett, an advocate for health and fitness in the Edmonton area, a welding inspector in training, and most of all, she is an inspiration to young women. ✨

Cara was diagnosed with breast cancer at just 29 years old, and while it was a shock, she didn't let it bring her down.

Throughout her battle with cancer, the surgeries, chemotherapy and more, she kept a glass-half-full attitude — even when it came time to shave her head.

Cara's Story At age 29, Cara woke up with a small lump on her chest. Cara made sure to visit her doctor right away for a thorough breast exam and mammogram. Two weeks later, after an ultrasound and a biopsy, Cara was diagnosed with breast cancer.
