☀️ Get Ready for the CTA Summer Picnic! 🍔🏏
Mark your calendars for Saturday, June 27th! We are heading to Bowness Park (Site #4) from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM for a day packed with community spirit, high-energy games, and incredible food.
Whether you are looking to compete, cheer, or just eat, we have some massive highlights lined up this year that you won't want to miss:
🔥 Event Highlights
🏏 Women’s Cricket Match: Bring your energy and cheer on our teams! The women's cricket match is bound to be a highlight of the day - expect some fantastic plays and great sportsmanship.
💪 The Ultimate Tug of War: It’s time to test your strength! Gather your teams for an epic, old-school tug of war showdown. Bragging rights are on the line!
🍔 Great Food: No picnic is complete without a massive spread.
🥫 Food Bank Drive: As a community, we believe in giving back. We will be collecting non-perishable food items during the picnic to support the local food bank, so please bring a donation to help those in need!

Kudos to everyone who came out for today’s Indo Calgary Group blood drive. Big thanks to Akshay Saxena for your collaboration and partnership.
Calgary Telangana Association is proud to have participated under the Indo Calgary umbrella in this collective effort to give back and help save lives. Thanks to all the donors who rolled up their sleeves, the volunteers who tirelessly coordinated, and Canadian Blood Services for enabling our community to be part of Canada’s lifeline.
Every unit donated today will make a real difference for patients in need, and the strong response from our Calgary Indian community shows what is possible when organizations come together for a common cause. Let’s keep this spirit going and continue to support future drives by booking appointments, encouraging first-time donors, and spreading the word.
