This gesture also supports the business etiquette of that country in a respectful, empathetic manner. What are some proactive methods you have used in studying, understanding, listening, accepting and welcoming different ideas and processes being practiced in a different country?

✨Although English is the universal language, the beauty of working with people in different countries is often the opportunity to learn, speak and understand parts of their own local language. When communicating with prospective clients or team members who may not be proficient in English, how do you navigate any limitations in English proficiency to ensure a successful collaboration?

✨I find it inspiring to become a part of the conversation and engage with other leaders in different countries to recognize their unique processes for their teams. What methods do you find effective as a leader to help dispel any personal biases, which includes expanding your own perspectives to apply to different leadership styles?

We are honored to return and represent as one of the 100 diverse female Ambassadors this year in helping the Make-A-Wish Foundation in Canada raise $1 Million dollars through the 2026 Women for Wishes campaign.

We aren’t always aware of the possibilities our presence has in enriching the lives of others; especially for children who are in need of our support to live a fulfilling life with opportunities that we often take for granted. Wishes are a powerful psychological intervention that bring to life the most heartfelt wish of a child facing a critical illness:

⭐️ 99% of parents reported that the wish experience gave their children increased feelings of happiness.

⭐️ 97% of adult former wish kids report improved mental and emotional health because of their wish experiences.

⭐️ 96% of parents said the wish experience strengthened their families.

⭐️ 92% of parents observed a reduction in fear and anxiety among wish kids’ siblings.

In support of Make-A-Wish® Canada, we published our book to make an indefinite impact for children. Purchasing this book supports the donations necessary to drive Make-A-Wish® Canada’s and this year’s Women for Wishes campaign’s initiative that will make a life-changing impact for so many children in need.
