January marks Blueridge Management Consulting Inc.’s one year anniversary. As the Founder of Blueridge, one of my favourite songs is “What a Difference a Day Makes” by Dinah Washington…and as I reflect on our journey, what a difference a year has made for Blueridge!! We have much to celebrate since our inception. We’ve grown our network of independent talented consultants, established a client base, became Women Business Enterprise (WBE) certified, achieved PMP and PROSCI change management certifications, and built our network of followers from 1 to almost 350!
We fostered existing and new networks and even developed new relationships, like our new partnership with McQuaig Institute, a Talent Management solutions provider dedicated to helping organizations make better people decisions.
From all of us at Blueridge, thank you to our followers, supporters, mentors and those who have taken a chance on us…we are grateful! We are excited for what 2024 holds and look forward to even more growth in the years ahead!
