𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐈𝐈 of anesthesia is characterized by excitement and delirium. During this stage, the animal may exhibit irregular breathing, increased heart rate, and involuntary movements. It's a transitional phase between the awake state (Stage I) and surgical anesthesia (Stage III).

𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐈 is the induction phase where the animal is still conscious.

𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐈𝐈𝐈 is the surgical anesthesia stage where the animal is fully anesthetized and surgical procedures can be performed.

𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐈𝐕 is an overdose of anesthesia, leading to severe depression of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems.
