Sab Connections

When people used to ask me what home meant, my answer was simple: my husband and my kids. But over time, through volunteering as a family, building connections, and serving alongside our community, that meaning grew.

Home is no longer just where we live, it’s where people come together with purpose, kindness, and heart.

As we share some of our volunteers’ responses on why they choose to be part of Sab Connections, I’m reminded that home is not just a place. It’s community.

That same spirit of community is what drives our 2026 Backpack Program. We’re collecting new backpacks, school supplies, and monetary donations to help local students and families prepare for the school year with confidence and support.

We’re currently looking for:
🎒 Backpacks
✏️ School supplies
🍱 Lunch boxes
💧 Water bottles
