The final result turned out beautifully, and most importantly, our clients were thrilled.

This project was a full flood restoration, including a complete demolition of 2–4 feet around the entire basement perimeter. From start to finish, we handled every stage of the rebuild: demolition, framing, insulation, drywall (Level 5 finish, ready for paint), painting, trim and baseboards, cabinet repairs and modifications, plumbing, and full repainting of all wallJames Andersontalled beautiful new flooring to complete the space and make it feel brand new again.

Throughout the project, we carefully protected and worked around the homeowner’s belongings, keeping the site clean and organized at all times. The only scope not included was the ceiling, which remained as-is.
