This beautiful custom home had work done last year — a few spots spray foamed and called “good.”

The insulation got disturbed, wasn’t brought up to proper levels, and no one touched the real causes:

So we’re doing it properly this time:

✔ Replacing ALL bathroom exhaust fans & ducting
✔ Fixing airflow with proper, balanced ventilation
✔ Fully air sealing every pe*******on we can find
✔ Topping up insulation to current code

Because insulation alone doesn’t fix attic problems.
It’s a system — and every part has to work together.
