It’s finally time! After multiple delays, Coach is finally going in for his surgery in the morning! However, classes will continue!

Coach Will is taking over striking for the week so if you’re looking to get your cardio up, learn the basics, or hone your technique - This is the week! Monday to Friday - 6-7pm!

Coach Ethan will be taking over our BJJ classes and offering a whole week of Judo for Jiu Jitsu! Keep the momentum of the new year going with a week of judo specific skills from a Judo Black Belt!
