Losing my mom this year changed my life in a way I never expected. My life stopped and I wasn’t sure how to move forward without her. I’m so thankful for all the love she provided me.

My mom wasn’t just a grandmother to my kids, she was another mom. The support my mom provided to me as a teenager mother was astounding and I wouldn’t be where I’m at today without her.

As I reflect on my first Mother’s Day without my mom, I feel grateful for all the love she provided me, all the support and encouragement she gave me and a true place to call “home.” ❤️
