I stopped focusing on the outcome and returned to the act of making the art. The process, the experiments, the mistakes. *That freedom reminded me that too much connection to the world around you, can slowly disconnect you from yourself. When you’re too aware of the audience, creating starts to feel like performance.

This series is about creating without that noise.

This series saw me approaching silkscreen as a painter, not a printmaker. This meant letting go of precision and leaning into the mistakes, accidents and imperfections. That’s only possible after years of refining the right way to do it.

It takes a few seconds to print the image, but years to get to that point.
