What a great evening- Novice Night was another success! There was so much energy, so much positivity! Lifters tried it all and surprised themselves with their abilities. It really is a night of positive peer pressure! An opportunity to try new things, fail, figure things out, try again, and be successful.
I am so grateful for those that came out to participate. But without the amazing coaches, none of this would happen. They truly are the best. Thanks to .kc.liftsthings , .power1122 , .collins.332 , , , , , . And to Malina for speaking and for the mobility warmup. As always- thanks for being the best gym in town. It is my dream to keep building into people’s lives and without y’all this evening wouldn’t be possible. It takes a village to raise a lifter!
