A Simple Joy

That’s it. It’s that simple. The hard part for some however is finding exactly what does make you happy. I for one, have lost some of that happiness during the pandemic and during parenthood. But little by little I’m finding my way back to happiness. One step at a time.

This mirror is one of my favorite pieces in my home. If an item brings me joy and has a place / purpose in my home then I make a choice to keep it! 🖤🖤🖤
I just love seeing pockets of joy throughout my home that I’ve intentionally set up.
Our home should always bring us joy, (ok there are some days when my home is a disaster lead by toddlers) but the important part is that we always know how to bring it back to the point of joy. Our home keeps us safe and warm and we make memories here, share laughter and pain and spend our time here trying to relax & rejuvenate ourselves after a long day at work or play. We should allow our home to show us joy and we can intentionally sprinkle joy throughout it as well!
