If you're on CDCP, you have until June 1 to renew your coverage.

If you don't renew by the deadline, your coverage ends on June 30. After that you'd have to reapply as a new applicant once applications reopen on June 2, and any dental care during the gap won't be reimbursed.

The renewal itself is quick. You'll need your 2025 taxes filed and your Notice of Assessment from the CRA, then you can renew online through My Service Canada Account or by phone.
