Homemade Gnocchi Rosé is a delightful twist on traditional gnocchi, combining the comforting texture of potato dumplings with a creamy, flavorful sauce.

Our gnocchi are made from scratch, typically using a blend of tender potatoes and flour, which are kneaded together until smooth. They are shaped into small, pillowy dumplings that are light and fluffy.

The cooked gnocchi are tossed in the rosé sauce until well-coated. To enhance the dish, a drizzle of olive oil, cracked black pepper, and additional Parmesan can be added just before serving 🤌🤌🤌
