Expiration dates.... What are your rules around them? Do you use as a guideline or is it blasphemy to even consider using something post exp date?

I know for us it is going to vary greatly on the product in question. Some foods, such as milk, can be used after it sours for certain recipes!

ALL THE CHEESE PLEASE!!!! One thing I cannot stand is skimping on ingredients to save a few pennies.... I absolutely refuse to do so. IMO it's worth it to go that little bit extra to ensure your meal is as delicious as it was intended to be! ☺️
