• Perform housekeeping tasks such as window cleaning, carpet cleaning and scrubbing of floors in common areas. • Sanitize and disinfect all the required areas such as common areas, elevators, stair well, walls. • Keep housekeeping cart stocked and monitored to ensure chemicals are not tampered with and stored away properly at the end of each shift. • Empty garbage, and dust all applicable areas as required. • Participate in and promote the Health and Safety Program, report any safety issues or concerns. • Have experience with carpet cleaning equipment and other janitorial equipment. • Provide tenants with high standard of efficient, polite, helpful and knowledgeable service. • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and physically capable of performing janitorial tasks. • Must be detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills. • Must understand written job instructions and conduct basic problem-solving. • Must be able to communicate with team members and management. • Attend Team meetings, prepare to participate by bringing new ideas and improvements to existing ideas. • Other duties as assigned.
