Let’s talk about Vitamins.
This is going to be a series.
Starting with Vitamin A
Here are signs of the Vitamin A deficiency
-night blindness
-irritated, dry eyes
-skin dryness
-bumpy skin on the back of the arms
-increased infections
Adult women and men need about 4000-10,000IU if not under stress, do not need special anti cancer treatment or other health concerns (special needs may require special intake norms)
Food high in vitamin A which you can include in to your meals:
1. Beef liver (is about 21000IU) in a slice
2. Salmon- 762IU per 100g
3. Butter - 323IU per 100g
4. Sweet potato - 6100 IU per 100g
5. Kale- 2900IU per 100 g
6. Carrot - 1300IU per 100 g

State of mind is important. Fall for me is a time of calmness and peace. And your body needs supplies for that. Always check your micronutrient intake levels. Vitamin B6, B12, B9 are essential for helping you stay calm even if the world around is going wild. Assess your levels and turn to foods that are reach in these vitamins.
