We love the spirit of fierce but friendly competition at the Olympic and Paralympic Games! To celebrate these “Italian Games” and our Paralympic heroes we are watching the Games and enjoying a pasta special : Fusilli with Amatriciana sauce with Pancetta and Pecorino Cheese!
