Our yoga classes range from heart pumping, butt kicking classes, to slow and mindful classes that will leave you rolling straight home into your bed.

We're so honoured to be chosen by Oxygen Yoga & Fitness Mahogany Village to take on their amazing members. They reached out to us during this difficult time asking us if we would honour their existing memberships and passes. Of course we said yes.
They have enough to worry aboutโand they still made sure their members have a place to go. So, with that said, we are honouring all existing memberships/passes from OYF Mahogany Village if you chose to call us your new home.
