Are you interested in taking your leadership to the district level? The Burnaby District Student Advisory Council or DSAC is looking to form next year’s crew for the 2024-2025 school year! DSAC is a great way to get involved within the district and meet other leaders from other Burnaby High Schools! You will be part of a team full of like minded, driven, and passionate leaders who strive to connect the burnaby district through district wide events emphasizing interconnectedness and positive contributions to the community. If you are interested in this amazing opportunity, pick up an application form from the office!

Reminder that the BMSS Student Council Scholarship Application is due on April 24, 2024!

This award is offered to graduating students who will be attending a post secondary program and who have made outstanding contributions to the school and student body for a considerable amount of time. Applicants must have demonstrated a commitment to developing their skills as a student leader, demonstrated outstanding school spirit and have consistently demonstrated the values of respect, excellence and responsibility as outlined in our school motto.

LION’S GOT TALENT - ACTS 9-17

Hey Burnaby Mountain, here are the performances for the second half of Lion’s Got Talent, on this Thursday, March 14! Doors open at 6:00pm, and if you aren’t able to buy tickets at lunch, you will be able to at the entrance. $3 for one ticket and $5 for two!

There will be two acts that will be sent to Burnaby’s Got Talent, a district-wide talent show happening on April 6th at the Michael J Fox theatre. The judges’ winner and the audience-voted winner will represent Burnaby Mountain! We will be selling BGT tickets for $5 each at the event!
