Grapes.
Like many fruits, green grapes are packed with vitamins and minerals. Most notable are their high levels of Vitamin C and Vitamin K. Green grapes also contain: Vitamin B6
Green grapes have been found to date back as far as 6000 BCE and are native to the Mediterranean region.
In modern day, Green seedless grapes were developed between 1875-1900 in California by William Thompson, a farmer who developed and named the well-known Thompson seedless grapes.

How it develops?
Congenital means βpresent at birthβ. This happens when the walls, chambers, valves or blood vessels of the heart does not develop properly before birth.

Women with PCOS may have infrequent or prolonged menstrual periods or excess male hormone (androgen) levels.
Ovaries may develop numerous small collections of fluid (follicles) and fail to regularly release eggs.
So how can your diet contribute in a positive light and lessen symptoms?
1. High dense dark greens such as spinach, kale, collard greens.
