❗ If you don’t declare by the deadline, your property may be treated as vacant, which could result in:
• Speculation & Vacancy Tax of up to 2–3% of the property’s assessed value (depending on ownership and residency status)
• Additional penalties and interest

📅 Typical deadline:
• End of March 2026

✔️ Most homeowners who live in their homes or rent them out are exempt, but you still must declare to avoid penalties.
