Instead of reaching for store-bought treats loaded with added sugars and fats, try this refreshing DIY recipe that supports your weight goals and satisfies that sweet tooth.
Recipe:
π₯1/4 cup milk
π½οΈ 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, 0β2%)
π 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
π― 1β2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
πͺ 1-1.5 scoop protein powder (flavour of choice)
π₯ Blend until smooth, pour into popsicle molds, and freeze for 4+ hours
