Fast Food!

I had 20 minutes to make dinner tonight before taking my daughter to volleyball.

Lentil stir fry it was.

I quickly chopped up some veggies as I made rice and then sautรฉed it together and threw some lentils in and added avocado into the bowl. Et voila!!!! Dinner was done in 15 mins. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

We tend to only think of making deviled eggs for parties or events when we are hosting. What about just making them for a super impactful high protein snack just for yourself! ๐Ÿ˜‰

I whipped these babies up in less then 15 minutes. I enjoyed 3 halves with the rest of the most amazing pickle ๐Ÿคค. And now my girls have a great snack waiting for them when they come home from school today. ๐Ÿ’ช

Iโ€™d say thatโ€™s a win win!

My favourite breakfast is for always the paleo porridge. I mix up the ingredients based on what I currently have but omg this one was soooooo yummy!
* I always start with softening up some chia seeds with warm water
* coconut yogurt
* almond butter
* wild blueberries
* 1/2 banana
* flax meal sprinkled on top
* keto nut and seed mix
* topped off with cinnamon

This keeps me satiated for HOURS and it just feels so good in my tum tums ๐Ÿฅฐ
