SMART Petsitting

Been everywhere this past week. Tried to share my raspberries with Kodiak and he said no thank you. 🙂‍↔️ Tried to take Molly for a swim but she wasn’t sure if she really wanted to go, since her sister didn’t want to. Charlie and Gryffin however live on the lake and you can’t keep them out of it. Went for a walk in the rain with Fitz, who definitely does not like puddles. And we hung out with Daisee and Mickee too. We also made time to drop off one of our adjustable agility jumps to the Clear Lake dog park so everybody gets a chance to try it out.

It has been a crazy busy couple of weeks for us, between sits and walks, not having proper access to the page(thanks Facebook 🤦🏻‍♀️) and a phone that has been very rarely cooperating(my old iPhone 12 with its low storage and sad battery just can’t hack it anymore).
I am currently chowing down on some goodies my clients left me 🙏🍫 while their pup snoozes, working on updating invoices, paperwork, and browsing options for a new phone. The hot weather hasn’t kept us from getting out and walking, whether it was in the bush or just shady trails, and we put in a total of 162km for the month of June 🤯
I hope everybody got to enjoy the holiday weekend 🇨🇦 I spent it with Bauer and Sugar, who celebrated her 5th birthday with me while her parents were out of province. I even got to pop into town and enjoy the firework show too 🎆🎇

My favorite on-the-road snack these days is apples 🍎. They’re great for dogs(as long as you remove the seeds/stem) and most love them. Kodiak is not a fan however. 🐾

Spent the weekend with Bluey. He enjoyed a few games of fetch when it wasn’t raining, and this morning’s gourmet breakfast with his vitamins, kibble, meat, chopped carrot and apples 🍎. He did not enjoy today’s thundershowers ⛈️

We welcomed Hailey and Harper to our walking crew this past week 🐕 and stopped in to feed Ronald 🐈 too.

Hey folks. I have a former client that is unfortunately looking to rehome his kitty due to a massive change in his living situation. Midnight is an approximately 8yr old neutered male kitty that would do best in a single cat home. He has no experience with dogs or young children. Spent the weekend with these two and their older sister Gracie. Miss Stella enjoyed a cuddle and playing with my phone charger, when she wasn’t taking up all the space on the bench of course. Lucy didn’t seem to mind and was happy to awkwardly stand/sit in order to share 🤣 🐾

Carol and I get to hang out with all of these cuties today, so lots of puppy cuddles and sunshine. 🐕 😍🥰
