The Vanity Cup in Nipawin didnt disapoint this year. We were blessed with fair weather and well above average fishing. Those fish are so fat right now! A nice cap to the season with a 7th place finish on one of the most majestic bodies of water I have ever fished in the fall. Congrats to all my friends that did well including Winnie and Josh. Thats a wrap for this year’s tournament run. Big thanks to Streamside- Out West Streamside for the support. Here’s a small reel of some beauty Sask Falleyes from prefish.

Had a great week in Sask on the final leg of the Sask Walleye Trail. Me and my partner RP caught just over 43lbs for a top 10 finish and a bit of money.

Icing on the cake to an excellent week of world class fishing was finally clinching SWT Angler of the Year. An accolade that I hold in high regard considering some of the great sticks in the running this year.

I was honored to also receive the Steve Taylor Cup which is the Ironman award finishing with the most points after fishing all events.

Thanks to the SWT members for putting the trail on this year. I also want to thank Streamside Streamside- Out West for their continued support and providing me with the sticks and line I need to compete. I really appreciate your support. Hope to see Ya’ll at the Vanity in October and chase that 100k cheque! Good luck guys we’ll see ya there.
