1. I drink enough water.
Hydrated skin starts from within. Water isn’t a miracle cure, but it definitely helps support healthy-looking skin.

2. I focus on skincare that supports my skin barrier.
As we get older, our skin barrier can become more fragile. When it’s healthy, skin tends to look smoother, softer, and more radiant. That’s why I choose skincare that nourishes and supports my skin instead of stripping it.

3. I prioritize sleep. I aim for 7-8 hours.
Your skin does so much of its repair work while you sleep. A good night’s rest won’t erase wrinkles, but it can make a noticeable difference in how refreshed and healthy your skin looks.

Aging is inevitable. Looking after your skin is a choice. ❤️

Drinking water and sleep are easy. Most people find it extremely difficult to find a skincare routine that works and is affordable.
